针灸、推拿联合扶他林治疗颈椎病随机平行对照研究

目的]观察针灸、推拿联合扶他林治疗颈椎病疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组40例扶他林,75mg/次,1次/d。治疗组40例针灸、推拿,取俯卧位,大椎、肝俞、肾俞为主穴;上肢麻木配曲池、外关、合谷穴;头晕配风池、太阳穴;针刺后接G6805-1型电针仪,1次/d,15min,每周6次,周日休息;针灸结束后,取轻轻按揉令患者肌肉放松,然后推拿按摩;肩胛部位肩胛带区、背区、间区;按摩穴位为取风池、风府、颈根穴位,1次/d,20min/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈18例,显效21例,无效1例,总有效率97.50%。对照组痊愈7例,显效28例,无效5例,总有效率87.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]针灸、推拿联合扶他林治疗颈椎病效果显著,值得推广。
