小儿推拿联合金双歧治疗继发性乳糖不耐受腹泻随机平行对照研究

目的]观察小儿推拿联合金双歧治疗继发性乳糖不耐受腹泻疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组30例治以健脾和胃,温中散寒;母乳喂养去乳糖饮食疗法,去除母乳、牛乳及含乳糖的奶制品,代以无乳糖配方奶粉或淀粉;金双歧,0.5g/d,2次/d。治疗组34例推拿,补脾经150次,推大肠100次,运土入水100次,揉脐中150次,推三关200次,退六腑100次,揉外劳宫200次,推上七节骨150次,揉龟尾100次,按揉足三里50次,振颤脘腹(包括中脘、气海、天枢等穴),捏脊3~5次/d;呕吐加推天柱骨200次,揉中脘150次;腹痛、肠鸣加一窝风100次,拿肚角100次,3~5次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效25例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率97.06%。对照组显效30例,有效11例,无效9例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。结论]小儿推拿联合金双歧治疗继发性乳糖不耐受腹泻效果显著,值得推广。
