消痛散结片治疗甲状腺结节40例临床观察

[目的]观察消痛散结片治疗甲状腺结节疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对40例门诊患者忌碘饮食;消痛散结片(三棱、青皮、柴胡各5g,浙贝母15g,莪术、陈皮、元胡、天花粉、荔枝核、橘核、赤芍、白芍、海藻各5g,牡蛎15g,0.4g/片)1.6g/次,3次/d,口服;连续治疗180d为1疗程。观测临床症状、甲状腺性状(结节最大径、结节最大横截面积)、相关指标(FT3、FT4、TSH)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈1例,显效19例,有效16例,有效4例,总有效率90.00%。相关指标治疗后优于治疗前(P0.05)。[结论]消痛散结片治疗甲状腺结节效果显著,值得推广。

XiaoTong fights sheet （ xuzhoa traditional Chinese homemade preparation, Sanleng, Qingpi, ChaihuSg, Zhebeimul5g, E＇ zhu, Chenpi, Yuanhu, Tianhuafen, Lizhihe, Juhe, Chishao, Baishao, Haizao 5 g, Muli 15g, 0.4g/piece ） 1.6 g/time, 3 times/d, oral; Continuous treatment of 180 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, the relevant indicators, adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] to cure in 1 case, 19 cases were markedly effective, effective in 16 eases, 4 cases were effective, total effective rate was 90.00%. Relevant indicators is better than after treatment that of before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] XiaoTong fights piece of treatment of thyroid nodule effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
