通脉胶囊治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

目的]观察通脉胶囊治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将199例门诊患者按随机数字表分为两组。对照组49例精制冠心软胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d。治疗组150例通脉胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛积分、心电图、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效88例,有效34例,无效27例,加重1例,总有效率81.30%。对照组显效14例,有效22例,无效12例,加重1例,总有效率73.50%。心绞痛症状疗效治疗组优于对照组(P0.05),心电图疗效两组间无明显差异(P0.05)。结论]通脉胶囊治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Randomized Clinical trial of Tongmai Capsule in Curing Angina Pectoris with Blood Stagnation Syndrome

Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongmai capsule in curing angina pectoris with Blood Stagnation Syndrome.Methods] 199 eligible subjects in Cardiology ward of Second Affiliated Hospital to Liaoning University of TCM were enrolled using a random number table in the trial group and control group. Experimental group was given Tongmai capsule,four capsules three times a day,orally,the control group received capsules refined crown relented,four capsules three times a day orally for 4 weeks. Angina Symptom and ECG changes was observed before and after the treatment.Results]After the treament 88 cases showed markedly effective,34 cases,effective,27 cases,ineffective,1 case exacerbated in the treatment group with the total efficiency of 81.30%.14 cases markedly effective,22 cases effective,12 cases ineffective,1 case exacerbated in the control group with the total efficiency of 73.50%.The angina symptom efficacy after 4 weeks between the experimental group and control group was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）,ECG test showed no significant difference（P〉0. 05）.Conclusion] The Tongmai capsule is effective in curing angina pectoris with Blood Stagnation Syndrome with good prospects for clinical application.
