| 摘 要： | 辛开苦降是辛温与苦寒两类药物巧妙配伍治疗疾病的独特方法,寒热并用以和阴阳,苦辛并进以调升降,补泻兼施以顾虚实,使寒热得解,脾胃升降恢复正常,泻不耗气,补不滞中。代谢综合征包括形体肥胖、血脂异常、高血压、血糖调节异常等多种代谢异常,肥胖是基础,内在机制是胰岛素抵抗,后果是引起心脑血管疾病和2型糖尿病;湿热内阻中焦系基本病机,临床准确辨证,温清并用、化湿泄热,升清降浊、斡旋气机,辛开苦降适当配伍芳香化湿药,最能切中代谢综合征的病机,可作为治疗代谢综合征特色之法,屡见奇效。

| Abstract: | Acrid opening and bitter down bearing method is on the basic theory of cold-heat and Yin-Yang, bitter and to adjust the lifting, reinforcing and reducing both in Gu the actual situation, the cold and heat of solution, spleen and stomach back to normal, excretion without gas consumption, up without delay, most to the metabolic syndrome pathogenesis of damp heat in middle Jiao syndrome resistance, thus Acrid opening and bitter down bearing method is useful in the treatment of metabolic syndrome. |
