西黄丸联合西医治疗乳腺癌随机平行对照研究

目的]观察西黄丸联合西医治疗乳腺癌疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例住院患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。对照组20例常规内分泌治疗及手术治疗;来曲唑,2.5mg/次,1次/d。治疗组20例西黄丸,3g/次,2次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效5例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率70.00%。对照组显效3例,有效8例,无效9例,总有效率55.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]西黄丸联合西医治疗乳腺癌效果显著,值得推广。

As a course treatment,judge curative effect. Results]The treatment group 5 cases were markedly effective,effective 9 cases,6 no effect,the total effective rate was 70.00%. Control group 3 cases had marked effect,8 cases effectively,9 no effect,the total effective rate was 55.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion] Estrogen receptor west yellow pill treatment of breast cancer effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
