背肌四联针穴位注射治疗支气管哮喘急性发作随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察背肌四联针穴位注射治疗支气管哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将160例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组80例氨茶碱,0.1/次,3次/d,口服;地塞米松10mg+50%GS 40mL,1次/d,静注。治疗组80例背肌四联针穴位注射;背针组合(A:喘定0.25g;B:地塞米松5mg;C:盐酸山莨菪碱注射液5mg;D:利多卡因40mg);取背部4个穴位(脊柱第2、4胸椎旁开1.5寸),常规消毒,用一次性注射器抽取上述药物,与脊柱成45°进针,将药物分别注入上述4个穴位中,1~2次/d,间隔时间5h。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、治疗时间、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈61例,显效10例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率98.75%。对照组痊愈59例,显效9例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率96.25%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗时间(住院时间、显效时间)治疗组少于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]背肌四联针穴位注射在治疗支气管哮喘效果显著,值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms, treatment time, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] 61 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective in 8 cases, one case, the total efficiency of 98.75% . Cured 59 cases in the control group, 9 cases, 9 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 96.25%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Treatment time （ length of stay, effective time ） treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Back muscles quadruple acupoint injection in the treatment of bronchial asthma, the effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
