黄芪建中汤联合西药治疗消化性溃疡随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察黄芪建中汤联合西药治疗消化性溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将200例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组100例雷尼替丁,150mg/次,2次/d。阿莫西林,1g/次,3次/d。吗叮啉,20mg/次,3次/d,餐前30min口服。治疗组100例黄芪建中汤(黄芪20g,炒白芍18g,桂枝、生姜各9g,炙甘草6g,大枣5枚,饴糖30g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。泛吐清水加干姜、吴茱萸、法半夏、茯苓;寒盛合附子理中汤;脾虚湿盛加陈皮、半夏;肾阳虚加巴戟天、仙茅;胃阴虚加石斛、沙参、玉竹;淤血合失笑散;肝气郁积合柴胡疏肝散;饮食停滞合保和丸;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈60例,显效37例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率99.00%。对照组痊愈47例,显效33例,有效11例,无效9例,总有效率89.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]黄芪建中汤联合西药治疗消化性溃疡效果显著,值得推广。

Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 28 d of 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 60 cases cured, 37 cases were markedly effective, effective in 2 cases, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 99.00%. The control group recovered 47 cases, 33 cases were markedly effective, effective in 11 cases, 9 no effect, the total effective rate was 89.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Radix astragali chienchung soup combined western medicine treatment of peptic ulcer effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
