地肤子方外洗治疗外阴瘙痒60例临床观察

[目的]观察地肤子方外洗治疗外阴瘙痒疗效。[方法]对60例门诊患者使用地肤子方(苦参10g,花椒15g,白癣皮、百部、蛇床子各10g,龙胆草、白芷、黄柏各9g),1剂/d,水煎600mL,浸泡后擦洗,30~60min/次;外阴破损溃败加徐长卿14g;慢性湿疹过敏外阴炎加蛇床子14g;霉菌性阴道炎加野菊花29g;子宫颈炎加千里光、艾叶各30g。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈49例,有效7例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%。[结论]地肤子方外洗治疗外阴瘙痒效果显著,值得推广。

[ Methods ] Of 60 outpatients with Fructus Kochiae Party （ Kushen lOg, Huajiao 15g, Baixuanpi, Baibu, Shechuangzi each 10g, Longdancao, Baizhi, Huangbo each 9g ）, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 600mL, after soaking scrub, 30 - 60min/; vulva damaged rout plus Xuchangqing 14g; Chronic eczema, allergic vulvitis plus Shechuangzi 14g; fungal vaginitis add Yejuhua 29g; Cervicitis add Qianliguang, Aiye each 30g. Continuous treatment with 10d for I courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] 49 cases were cured, 7 cases effective, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 93.33%. [ Conclusion ] Fructus Kochiae to wash effect of the treatment of vulvar itching significantly, worthy of promotion.
