| 摘 要： | 腰椎管狭窄是一种常见病,通过临床、影像学检查确定病情,注意与血栓闭塞性脉管炎、腰椎间盘突出症、梨状肌综合征、马尾神经瘤、硬膜外粘连及蛛网膜炎相鉴别;可推拿手法、药物、物理疗法、休息及锻炼和手术治疗,解除椎管压力、消除无菌性炎症及松弛黏连。
