聚乙二醇电解质散用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备的临床观察

目的:观察进口聚乙二醇电解质散(商品名:FORTRANS)在结肠镜检查前对患者肠道准备的效果。方法:采用随机、双盲对照的临床试验方法,将43例行结肠镜检查的患者随机分为A组和B组,A组服用FORTRANS,B组服用甘露醇。观察服药后患者排便情况及清肠效果。结果:A组和B组结肠整体准备质量的显效率分别为19.05%和22.73%;两组结肠整体准备质量的总有效率分别为85.71%和72.73%;两组结肠镜检查前最后一次排便的性状为清亮者分别为95.24%和86.36%,以上数据经统计学分析,两组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:口服FORTRANS用于结肠镜检查前的肠道准备,结肠整体准备质量的总有效率为85.71%,结肠排空效果满意,且电解质丢失少,有利于体内水、电解质平衡。清肠效果及安全性与甘露醇相似。

Clinical observation of PEG-electrolyte powder for colonoscopy preparation

Objective:To observe the effect of an imported PEG-electrolyte powder(Fortrans) for colonoscopy preparation.Methods:A randomized double-blinded clinical trial was done.Forty-three patients were randomly assigned to group A or group B before colonoscopy.Fortrans was administered in group A,and mannitol in group B.Defecation and the effect of bowel cleansing were observed.Results:Ratio of obvious effectiveness for colonoscopy preparation was 19.05% and 22.73% in group A and B,respectively.Effective ratio was 85.71% and 72.73% in group A and B,respectively.The percentage of patients whose last defecation was clear was 95.24% and 86.36%.No significant difference was detected between the two groups statistically.Conclusion:Total effective ratio of oral Fortrans for colonoscopy preparation was 85.71%.Its effect of bowel cleansing was satisfactory.The loss of electrolyte was little,which is good for the balance of water and electrolytes in the body.Its bowel cleansing effect and safety is similar to that of mannitol.
