| 摘 要： | 目的了解胃癌病人外周血中白细胞介素17(IL-17)的表达水平及其与胃癌临床病理特征间的关系。方法收集50例胃癌病人和50例健康对照者的外周血,采用ELISA法检测外周血中IL-17的浓度。结果胃癌病人术前、术后外周血中IL-17的浓度分别为(8.51±2.68)和(7.31±2.57)ng/L,均明显高于健康对照者(F=77.47,q=16.81、12.92,P<0.01)。血清IL-17浓度与胃癌临床分期、分化程度、肿瘤部位及肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。结论胃癌病人血清中IL-17升高可能参与胃癌的发生、发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of serum IL-17 and its correlation with clinical pathology in patients with gastric cancer.Methods Peripheral blood was collected from 50 gastric cancer patients and 50 healthy controls,and serum IL-17 was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results In the cancer patients,the IL-17 levels before and after surgery were(8.51±2.68) ng/L and(7.31±2.57) ng/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than that in healthy controls(F=77.47;q=16.81,12.92;P<0.01).The concentration of serum IL-17 had no association with the clinical stage,differentiation,location and size of cancer of stomach.Conclusion Increased expression of serum IL-17 is probably involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. |
