来氟米特治疗慢性肾小球疾病40例临床研究

目的：探讨来氟米特（LEF）治疗原发性肾小球疾病的疗效及副反应。方法：对原发性肾小球疾病40例采用LEF联合小剂量强的松（30mg／日）治疗，观察疗效及对肝肾功能、白细胞及临床副反应。结果：40例各型慢性肾小球疾病总完全缓解率60％，总有效率96％。其中24例初治肾病综合征完全缓解20例，完全缓解率83．3％，11例难治性肾病完全缓解3例，完全缓解率27．3％。有病理资料的10例，LEF对系膜增殖性肾炎及微小病变疗效较好。LEF治疗后肝肾功能及白细胞无明显改变，与治疗前比较，P〉0．05。7例肾功能不全患者治疗后6例恢复正常。结论：LEF配合小剂量强的松治疗慢性肾小球疾病有较好疗效，对已经多种药物治疗无效的难治性肾病仍可有一定疗效，不良反应轻微，价格相对较低，可较长期服用，从而减少复发，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Research of LEF in Treating 40 Cases of Chronic Glomerulus Disease

Objective:To explore the curative effect and side effect of Lefluwomide(LEF) in treating chronic glomerulus disease. Methods: 40 cases of chronic glomerulus disease were treated by LEF combined with low dose of prednisone (30mg/d). The curative effect, side effect of LET, the function of liver and kidney function and leucocyte were observed. Results: The complete remission ratio of 40 cases of chronic glomerulus disease was 60% and the total effective ratio 96%. Among them, the complete remission ratio of 24 cases of nephropathy by the first treatment was 83.3%, the complete remission cases of refractory nephropathy was 3 among 11 and the total effective ratio 81.8%. 10 cases had pathology records and the curative effect of LEF in treating mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis and minimal pathological changes. After treatment the function of liver and kidney and the level of leucocyte had no significant difference (P>0.05). 6 cases of renal failure among 7 cases were cured. Conclusion: LEF combined with low dose of prednisone has good efleet in treating chronic glomerulus disease, which also has some curative effect on patients with refractory nephropathy. Since the side effect of LEF is slight and the price is lower, it can be taken for a long time to reduce recrudescence, which is worthy of clinical application.
