| 摘 要： | 目的:为我院全面推广应用PASS系统积累经验,完善软件运行环境、提高应用软件系统的效果提供参考依据.方法:对心血管外科普通病区病人的医嘱进行每天的监测、分析、统计,形成动态监测图表.结果:系统显示,绝对禁止信息共计17条,但在药品说明书或药典中未被列为禁用或确因临床治疗需要而无法调整.结论:该软件可以提供临床药物治疗过程中的一些警示信息,但仍需进一步完善.

| Abstract: | Objective:To accumulate experience to popularize using of PASS system,and to offer reference to improve software environment and raise software efficiency.Methods:The doctor's advices of the cardiovascular surgery patients were monitored and analyzed to generate dynamic sheet.Results:The absolutely forbidden information displayed by PASS added up to 17,but some were not forbidden in the drug instructions and pharmacopoeia,and the others were impossible of modifying because of clinical need.Conclusions:The software can provide some caution informations in the clinical medicine treatment processes,but still need further perfection. |
