腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻31例诊治分析

目的探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点、处理方法和预防措施。方法回顾分析该院31例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床资料,对其临床特点及治疗结果进行分析。结果31例均行经胃肠减压,应用生长抑素、肠外营养等支持疗法,平均治愈时间为16d,无1例再手术。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻多发生在术后2周,可表现为典型的肠梗阻体征,多由小肠无菌性炎症致广泛肠黏连引起,多数病例采用保守疗法可治愈。

Experiences in diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction: a report of 31 cases

[Objetive] To investigate the clinical features,the principles of diagnosis and treatment and prevention of early postoperative inflammalory small bowel obstruction(EPISBO). [Methods] 31 cases with early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] 31 cases were all cured in the mean period of 16 days through gastroenteral decompression,somatostatin,TPN and other medications.There was no reoperations. [Conclusion] EPISBO mostly occurs in about 2 weeks postoperatively.EPISBO has the clinical features.Most cases were caused by extensive adhesion resulted from aseptic inflammations. Conservative treatment should be the first choice for EPISBO patients.
