摘    要:本文用质膜不透性的铁氰化钾做为电子受体,研究了缺铁性贫血(irondeficiencyanemia,IDA)及白血病患者的红细胞(RBC)质膜的氧化还原系统活性。用完整RBC与铁氰化钾共同温育,经6、10、20分钟后分别检测铁氰化钾还原率,发现IDA患者高于健康人,白血病患者高于IDA患者。

Abstract:The activity of trans-plasma membrane redox system of erythrocytes in patients with IDA and leukemia by using membrane impermeable ferricyanide as electron acceptors was studied. Intact erythrocytes with ferricyanide were incubated and their reduction rate were measured after 5, 10, and 20 minutes, respectively. The results suggested that the activity of trans-plasma membrane redox system in erythrocytes of patients with IDA was higher than that in health persons but lower than that in patients with leukemia.
