A-T形推进皮瓣在颜面部创面修复中的应用

目的：探讨应用A-T形推进皮瓣修复颜面部创面的效果和意义。方法：设计A-T形推进皮瓣来修复位于面部自然轮廓线周围的创面。将自然轮廓线的一侧作为A-T形推进皮瓣中三角形的底边de边,将病灶设计在三角形abc内。将三角形abc及病灶切除。将游离后的皮瓣abd和ace向创面推进,关闭创面并形成倒置的T形外观。结果：修复的各种颜面部创面共计28例,皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣色泽正常,对周围自然轮廓线无明显影响。结论：A-T形推进皮瓣在修复颜面部创面时,能够避免自然轮廓线的牵拉变形,减少了手术对面部容貌的影响。

Clinical application of A-T advanced skin flap on face

Objective To study the clinical effectiveness and significance of using A-T advanced skin flap to repair wound on face. Methods We designed that A-T advanced skin flap to repair the wound near nature contour line on face. The line of de in A-T advanced skin flap was arranged on the nature contour line. The focus was arranged in the triangularity abc. Then the focus and the triangularity were exscinded, and then pushed the ready-made flap abd and ace toward the wound. Then close the wound. At last , the shape of A-T advanced skin flap looks like a inverted letter 'T'. Results That all kinds of wounds were repaired on face amounted to 28 cases. All flaps survived. The colour of flaps is normal and nature contour line does not be altered obviously. Conclusion Using A-T advanced skin falp to repair the wound on face can not only avoid deformation of nature contour line on face but decrease influence of postoperative feature.
