产后抑郁症的护理分析

目的及早发现产后抑郁症的自杀观念及自杀行为,防止意外发生。方法使用《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》（CCMD-3）对妇幼保健院的孕产妇进行抑郁症的诊断,并分析其临床资料,提出护理要点。结果在768例产后2周的产妇中发现抑郁症患者56例,发生率为7.3%。其中有自杀观念及自杀行为者共42例,占总患病率的75.0%,治疗护理的要点是预防自杀行为的发生。结论产后抑郁症患者多数有自杀观念和自杀行为,医护人员将该类症状患者作为重要治疗护理人群。

The analysis on nursing of postpartum depression

Objective To detect suicidal ideas and suicidal behaviors of the postpartum depression and to prevent the unexpected. Methods The clinic data from 768 lying-in women in Maternal and Child Health Hospital founded by the psychological health epidemiologic survey was analyzed and the nursing highlight was summarized. Results There were 56 cases of the postpartum depression during thefirst two weeks ofter lirth and incidence of postpartum psvchosis was 7. 3 percent. The patients with suicidal ideas and suicidal behaviors came up to 42 making up 75 percent of total. Conclusion Most cases of the postparrum depression have suicidal ideas and suicidal behaviors and nursing staff should pay more attention to those.
