| 摘 要： | 用酶联免疫吸附试验检测５０例非结核病儿童及３１例结核病患儿的血中抗结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物ＩｇＧ水平。结果；１．患儿组的抗ＰＰＤＩｇＧ水平显著高于对照组；２．在患儿组中的年龄越大其抗ＰＰＤＩｇＧ水平越高；３Ｘ表示大结节影患儿血中抗ＰＰＤＩｇＧ水平比部分硬结钙化及曾接受治疗的患儿高。

| Abstract: | Blood samples from 50 healthy children and 31 children with tuberculosis were assayed for anti tuberculin purified protein derivative (PPD) by ELISA.Results:The level of anti tuberculin PPD antibody was significantly higher in the children with tuberculosis than that of the controls,and the greater the age the higher the increase.Also,the increase of this antibody correlated with the severity of the disease.This method may be of some value in the diagnosis of tuberculosis in children. |
