妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是围生期常见的并发症之一,其发病机制仍未完全明确,主要与妊娠导致的胰岛素抵抗有关。它会增加不良妊娠结局,影响母儿近远期健康。母亲人口统计学特征被认为对GDM的发生有预测作用。对母亲人口统计学中几个主要特征与GDM发生之间的研究进展进行综述,为建立妊娠妇女发生GDM的高危评分体系,尽早发现GDM患者,减少不良结局提供理论依据。

The Relation between Maternal Demographic Characteristics and Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is one of common perinatal complications,its pathogenesy was not exactly clear,mainly related to insulin resistance resulted from pregnancy.GDM can induce adverse pregnancy outcomes increased,affect short and long term health of children and mother.Maternal demographic characteristics was considered to relate to the occurrence of GDM.A review on advancemen of the relationship between several key maternal demographic characteristics and GDM,which can provide a theoretical basis for establishment of high-risk score system for GDM in pregnancy women,early detection of GDM patients,and reducing adverse outcomes.
