| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察溃疡膏治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓 (OLP)的临床疗效方法 :采用随机单盲法 ,将糜烂型OLP患者4 6例分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 2 3例使用溃疡膏治疗 ,对照组 2 3例使用赋形剂 ,并进行临床疗效观察。结果 :溃疡膏治疗组的客观体征总有效率为 82 .6 % ,主观症状总有效率为 91.3% ,对照组的主、客观体征总有效率均为8.7% ,P <0 .0 0 5 ,有显著性差异。结果 :用口腔溃疡膏治疗糜烂型OLP疗效显著 ,简便易行 ,值得推广

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Ulcer ointment on the treatment of oral erosive lichen planus.Methods:Forty five patients with oral erosive lichen planus were randomly divided into 2 groups.For test group ulcer ointment was locally treated and for control group was administered with its vehicle.The clinic effects were observed.Results:In the test group, the total effective rates for signs and symptoms were 82.6% and 91.3% respectively.While in the control group, they both were 8.7%, P <0.005.Conclusion:The results indicate that the ulcer ointment has good effect for oral erosive lichen planus. |
