心脉灵液对内毒素休克大白鼠肺损伤电镜变化的影响

摘    要:内毒素休克大白鼠肺组织扫描电镜及透射电镜观察,结果发现,内毒素休克大白鼠肺泡壁显著增厚,肺血管内有大量白细胞嵌塞、白细胞肿胀、胞膜不清,胞浆内次级溶酶体增多、血管内皮细胞及肺泡Ⅰ型上皮细胞肿胀、胞浆内泡饮增多,肺泡Ⅱ型细胞肿胀、脱落、表面微绒毛减少,用心脉灵液进行治疗,肺血管内白细胞扣压减少,肺组织结构均有改善,由此说明白细胞在肺血管的聚集、扣压与休克肺的发生发展有密切的关系,而心脉灵液有抑制白细胞聚集的作用,从而改善了休克时的肺损伤。

Abstract:IV injection of 16mg/kg body weight E. coli endotoxin in fasted male rats caused a heavy lung injury.Scanning microscopical observation indicated that alveolar septum thicken, alveolar cells swelled and leukocytes accumulated in microvascular. Ultrastructure alternations implied that cytoplasm of polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) entrapped inpulmonary microvascular contained a large quantities of lysosomes.Rats with XML treatment I. V. administration 10ml/kg represented a lighter lung edema.The results further comfirmed that PMN involved into endotoxin shock and XML had the ability to prevent PMN from accumulating in lung.
