| 摘 要： | 目的 观察甘利欣联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效.方法 165例患者随机分为两组,对照组80例给予苦参素及常规护肝药(肝泰乐,维生素C,门冬氨酸钾镁)治疗;治疗组85例在对照组基础上加用甘利欣150mg,加入10%葡萄糖注射液250ml,静滴,qd;疗程均为4周.结果 治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率(显效 有效)80%,与对照组总有效率(显效 有效)6 5%相比有显著差异(P＜0.01);治疗组ALT,AST,TBIL下降幅度均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 甘利欣联合苦参素能明显改善肝功能及提高治疗效率,是治疗慢性乙型肝炎的有效联合.

| Abstract: | Objective Ganlixin joint Kurarinone the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods In 165 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 80 cases and give Kurarinone Hugan conventional medicine (Glucurolocatone, Vitamin C, potassium and magnesium aspartate) therapy; 85 patients treated in the control group based on the use Ganlixin 150 mg, 10% glucose injection 250ml drip qd for 4 weeks.Results After 4 weeks, the treatment group, the total efficiency (effective effectual ) 80% with the control group, the total efficiency (effective effectual ) compared to 65% of the significant differences (P < 0.01); treatment ALT, AST, TBIL decreased significantly higher (P < 0.05).Conclusion Ganlixin joint Oxymatrine can improve liver function and improve the efficiency of treatment, the treatment of chronic hepatitis B is an effective combination. |
