| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫颈液基细胞学检查与阴道镜检查以及二者联合检查对早期宫颈癌筛查的临床价值。方法对东莞市妇幼保健院600例患者行宫颈液基细胞学检查。细胞学检查阳性者行阴道镜检查并进行活检,进行病理学检查。结果宫颈液基细胞学结果与阴道镜活检病理结果分析:600例中经宫颈液基细胞学检查,发现意义不明的不典型鳞状细胞(ASCUS)94例,低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)49例,高度鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)36例,不除外上皮内高度病变的不典型鳞状细胞(ASC-H)11例,不典型腺细胞(AGC)5例,鳞状细胞癌(SCC)6例。阴道镜下宫颈活检结果,SCC2例,CINⅢ29例,CINⅡ33例,CINⅠ5286例,CGIN7例,正常或慢性炎症78例。结论宫颈液基细胞学检查联合阴道镜检查可以提高早期宫颈癌的筛查率,二者联合应用,可提高宫颈病变的诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the liquid-based cervical cytology and colposcopy, as well as both of the Joint Inspection of the clinical value of early stage cervical cancer screening.
