沐舒坦雾化液的理化性质对食管癌患者术后排痰的影响

摘    要:目的:研究沐舒坦雾化吸入液渗透压、PH值等理化性质对食管癌患者术后排痰的影响,选择更适用于食管癌患者术后排痰的雾化吸入方案,减少术后并发症。方法:54例食管癌术后患者随机分为高渗雾化液A组(沐舒坦+3%盐水),碱化雾化液B组(沐舒坦+3%碳酸氢钠),以及常规的等渗雾化液C组(沐舒坦+生理盐水)。测定不同雾化吸入方案后痰液的量、粘稠度、白细胞计数、PH值及脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)的变化。结果:痰液白细胞计数比较,B组最低,c组最高;痰液PH值比较,B组最高,C组最低(P〈0.05)。三组雾化吸入方案的痰量、痰液粘稠度及脉搏血氧饱和度(Sp02)参数无显著差异。结论:食管癌患者术后使用碱化沐舒坦雾化吸入液较之等渗和高渗雾化吸入液能更好地帮助患者排痰,减少肺部并发症。

Abstract:Objective: To Study the efficiency of Ambroxol Hydrochloride solutions of different physical and chemical properties as atomization agents and explore a more ideal atomization agent for patients after esophagectomy. Methods: 54 postoperative patiants with esophageal cancer were derided into three groups randomly: hyperosmotic Ambroxol Hydrochloride solution group, alkalized Ambroxol Hydrochloride solution group and the normal saline solution group. After aerosol inhalation, several parameters (such as sputum amount, viscosity, WBC counts, PH value and SPO2 ) were measured and compared. Results: The alkalized Ambroxol Hydrochlofide group had the lowest WBC count and highest PH vahe'e the normal saline solution group had the highest WBC count and the lowest PH value. However, no statistical signitlcances were spotted in sputum amount, sputum viscosity and SpO2. Conclusion: The alkalized Ambroxol Hydrochlofide may be the best atomization agent of the three while the normal saline solution dissolved Ambroxol Hydrochloride is flue worst.
