后路椎间融合联合椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

目的:为有效改善腰椎间盘突出症状,临床对后路椎间融合、椎弓根螺钉内固定联合治疗效果进行观察。方法:选取我院2014.3~2015.4期间80例诊断为腰椎间盘突出症患者,按病床单双数分为推拿组40例、治疗组40例。推拿组患者施行推拿治疗,治疗组后路椎间融合、椎弓根螺钉内固定联合治疗,观察两组患者症状改善情况。结果:治疗组改善率为95.8%,固定组为83.3%,固定组较治疗组疗效差,P0.05;治疗前两组腰椎功能差别无意义,P0.05,治疗后治疗组较固定组腰椎功能增长快,P0.05。结论:在治疗腰椎间盘突出患者时,临床施行后路椎间融合、椎弓根螺钉内固定,患者恢复好、病症有效改善。

Clinical research of posterior lumbar interbody fusion and internal fixation of pedicle screw in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc

Objective:To effectively cure the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc and study the clinical effect of posterior lumbar interbody fusion and internal fixation of pedicle screw. Method:80 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc treated from March 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the odd or even number of hospital bed, 40 cases each group. The massage group took the massage therapy; the treatment group adopted the posterior lumbar interbody fusion and internal fixation of pedicle screw. The clinical effect for two groups was observed. Result:The effective rate of treatment group (95.8%) was higher than that of massage group (83.3%) (P<0.05); before surgery, the lumbar function for two groups was not significantly different (P>0.05); after surgery, the lumbar function for treatment group was better than that of massage group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The posterior lumbar interbody fusion and internal fixation of pedicle screw has a better effect in patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc, promotes the patients’ fast recovery.
