安宫牛黄丸联合清热益气化瘀法治疗亚急性重型肝炎36例观察

目的:观察安宫牛黄丸联合清热益气化瘀法治疗亚急性重型肝炎临床疗效。方法:将66例中医辨证为湿热疫毒内蕴肝胆,伤及脾胃,邪盛正虚的亚急性重型肝炎病人随机分成两组,对照组30例采用基础治疗加促肝细胞生长素、强力宁、还原谷胱甘肽、多烯磷脂酰胆碱、胸腺肽,每日1次,治疗组36例采用安宫牛黄丸联合清热益气化瘀法立方选药治疗,每日1剂。结果:1个疗程(4周)后,治疗组对ALT、TBIL降低水平和提升PTA百分比,显著优于对照组(P0.01),并发症明显低于对照组(P0.05),有效存活率显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:安宫牛黄丸联合清热益气化瘀法治疗亚急性重型肝炎有满意疗效,能有效阻止早中期亚急性重型肝炎向晚期进展。

Clinical observation on treating 36 cases of subacute severe hepatitis with the Angong Niuhuang pills plus the Qingre Yiqi Huayu method

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of the Angong Niuhuang pills plus the Qingre Yiqi Huayu method in treating subacute severe hepatitis.Methods:66 patients with subacute severe hepatitis who judged as damp-heat stagnating in the liver and pathogen being excessive but vital QI weak were divided into two group in random.Both two groups were treated with basic therapy,on this foundation,30 cases in the control group were treated with hepatocyte growth-promoting factors,potenlin,reduced glutathione,phospholipon 100 and thymic peptide,once daily.36 cases in the treatment group were treated with the Angong Niuhuang pills plus the Qingre Yiqi Huayu method,once daily.Results:After a course of treatment,the ALT,TBIL and the lower level and the enhancement of PTA of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01),and complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),effective survival rate was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusions:The Angong Niuhuang pills plus the Qingre Yiqi Huayu method have a good effect for treating subacute severe hepatitis,can effectively prevent the progress of subacute severe hepatitis in early and mid become to late.
