妈富隆联合益气固本止血汤治疗围绝经期功血40例疗效观察

目的：观察妈富隆联合益气固本止血汤治疗围绝经期功血的临床疗效。方法：将80例符合病例入选标准的围绝经期功血患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例。2组患者均给予妈富隆治疗,1片/次,1次/d,连续服药21天为1个疗程,疗程间休息7天,连续用药3个疗程。治疗组同时服用益气固本止血汤,1剂/d,连续服用3个月经周期。结果：痊愈率治疗组为62.50%,对照组为50.00%,2组相比差异显著（P〈0.05）;总有效率治疗组为95.00%,对照组为77.50%,2组相比差异显著（P〈0.05）。2组血红蛋白与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后与同组治疗前比较差异显著（P〈0.05）,组间治疗后相比亦有显著差异（P〈0.05）。2组患者在治疗期间及治疗后3个月内均未出现明显的毒副反应,治疗前后肝肾功能检查亦未见明显变化。结论：妈富隆联合益气固本止血汤治疗围绝经期功血临床疗效显著,且未见明显不良反应。

Observation on Therapeutic Effects of Marvelon and YiQi GuBen ZhiXueTang in Treating 40 Cases of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding in Climacteric

Objective： To approach curative effects of Marvelon and YiQi GuBen ZhiXueTang in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding in climacteric.Method： Eighty patients were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group.Both groups took Marvelon for three consecutive courses of treatment,one tablet each time,once each day,one course of treatment was 21 consecutive days,the interval were seven days.Treatment group were administered with YiQi GuBen ZhiXueTang at the same time,one dose each day for three consecutive menstrual cycles.Result： Cure rate of observation group was 62.50%,higher than 50.00% of control group with remarkable difference（P0.05）;Total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,superior to 77.50% of control group with statistical meaning（P0.05）.Comparison of hemoglobin in both groups before the treatment showed no statistical meaning while comparison of hemoglobin in the same group between before and after the treatment indicated remarkable difference（P0.05）,comparison for both groups demonstrated significant difference（P0.05）.Patients in both groups appeared no obvious toxic reaction during the treatment and within three months after the treatment and didn＇t have clear changes in the test of liver and renal functions.Conclusion： Marvelon and YiQi GuBen ZhiXueTanghave distinct curative effects in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding in climacteric with fewer adverse reactions.
