| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on unhealthy lifestyle of patients with coronary heart disease.Method： Inpatients with coronary heart disease admitted to cardiovascular department of Qingyang municipality Hospital of TCM from 2008,April to 2010,April were randomized into observation group and control group on average.All patients received conventional treatment and nursing,on this basis observation group were administered with comprehensive nursing intervention.Follow-up started after the patients discharged from hospital for four weeks,changes of lifestyle for both groups were observed and compared.Result： Improvements of unhealthy lifestyle in observation group were obviously superior to that in control group with statistical meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention plays an active role in improving unhealthy lifestyle of patients with coronary heart disease. |
