颈动脉斑块与中医舌象的相关性探讨

目的：通过对颈动脉斑块的患者中医舌象的分析，探讨颈动脉斑块的中医病机特点。方法：收集经彩色多普勒超声诊断为颈动脉斑块形成的门诊和住院患者，按超声检查结果分为颈动脉内中膜增厚组（A组）、不稳定型斑块组（B组）、稳定型宽块组（C组），观察舌象，并进行相关性分析。结果：舌色以暗红为主，其次是淡红；腻苔出现频率最高，其次为薄苔；白苔出现频率最高，其次为黄苔。结论：舌象特点反映出脾肾气虚及痰、瘀、热是颈动脉斑块的重要病机。

Discussion on the Association between Carotid Plaque and Tongue Manifestation

Objective： To discuss the features of TCM disease mechanism for carotid plaque through analyzing tongue manifestation of patients with carotid plaque. Method： Outpatients and inpatients proved with carotid plaque were collected and divided into group of carotid intima-media thickness （A group）, group of unstable plaque （B group） and group of stable plaque （C group）. Tongue manifestations were observed and analyzed. Result： Tongue color was mainly dull-red, next was light red; greasy fur happened with the highest frequency, thin fur next; white tongue coating was the most frequent one, yellow tongue coating next. Conclusion： Qi deficiency of spleen and kidney, phlegm, stasis and heat what tongue manifestation showed are crucial pathogenesis of carotid plaque.
