丹红注射液对脑出血微创血肿清除术后临床疗效的研究

目的：观察丹红注射液对高血压脑出血微创血肿清创术后患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将89例高血压脑出血微创血肿清除术后患者随机分为治疗组44例、对照组45例，2组均给予常规基础治疗，治疗组44例在常规治疗的基础上给予丹红注射液静脉滴注14天。分别于第14天、28天对2组患者进行神经功能缺损评分及疗效评定。结果：神经功能缺损评分2组治疗前后组内相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗后组间相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。总有效率治疗组为90．91％，对照组为53．33％，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：丹红注射液对高血压脑出血血肿微创清除术后神经功能的恢复疗效较好，旱期应用可明显改善神经功能。

Study on Clinical Efficacy of DanHong injection in Treating Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage after Mini-Traumatic Operation

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy and safety of DanHong injection in treating patients with cerebral hemorrhage after mini-traumatic operation. Method： All 89 patients were randomly divided into 44 cases in treatnlent group and 45 cases in control group. Both groups received routine therapy, treatment group were administered with intravenous dripping of Danhong injection for 14 days. Neurological severity score （NSS） and clinical efficacy of patients in both groups were evulated at the 14th and 28th day. Result： Comparison in NSS before and after treating in one group suggested difference with statistical meaning （P〈0.05）, comparison between both groups showed statistical meaning after treating （P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of treatment group was 90.91%, higher than 53.33% of control group with statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： DanHong injection is effective in the rehabilitation of neurological function of the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after mini-traumatic operation and it can improve neurological function notably in early application.
