| 摘 要： | 系统介绍了“我国大型医院床位增长成斟与适宜模式研究”的内容与初步成果。内容包括研究框架、近30年床位发展方面的义献归纳与数据分析、床位增长的内外部因素、不同增长模式的优劣评价、代表性国家和地区经验借鉴，以及适宜床位规模的测算。小研究旨在为政府卫生行政部门和医院管理者在床位资源优化配置方面提供有的放矢的决策依据。

| Abstract: | The content and primary results of research on causes and suitable mode of bed size increase in large general hospital in China are systematically introduced.The contents include research framework,literature review and data analysis in the recent 30years,the internal and external factors influencing bed size increasing,the assessment of different increasing mode,international experience introduction and reference and suitable bed size measurement.The aim of this research is to give evidences on bed resources allocation policy making for health authorities and hospital administrators. |
