摘    要:目的]观察推按运经仪对家兔胆囊壁胆囊收缩素(CCKA)受体基因表达的影响及其作用机制.方法]将30只胆囊结石家兔随机分为2组,各15只,对照组不行推按运经仪治疗;实验组空腹时每日行推按运经仪治疗,观察2组胆囊体积和胆囊壁CCK-A受体基因表达的差异.结果]实验组胆囊体积明显小于对照组,而胆囊平滑肌CCK A受体基因表达明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论]推按运经仪治疗胆囊结石可增强胆囊壁CCK-A受体基因表达,加强胆囊收缩,可能是其防治胆囊结石的作用机制之一.

Abstract:Objective]To observe the influence of the pushing-palpating channel-moving apparatus on expression of CCK-AR mRNA.Methods]Pushing-palpating channel-moving apparatus was used to treat rabbits with cholecystothasis in different groups.CCK-AR mRNA expression in the gallbladder smooth muscle was detected.Results]The pushing-palpating channel-moving apparatus treatment enhanced the expression of CCK-AR mRNA in the gallbladder smooth muscle,strengthened gallbladder shrinkage function and reduced the size of the gallbladder.Conclusion]The pushing-palpating channel-moving apparatus strengthens gallbladder shrinkage function via increasing the expression of CCK-AR mRNA in the gallbladder smooth muscle,which may be one of the mechanisms in prevention of gallstone recurrence.
