摘    要:目的:编制适合中国国情的父母对大学生生涯发展期望的量表。方法:在文献分析的基础上,通过开放式问卷调查和专家评定的方法形成87个题目的初始量表,然后采用项目分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析的方法确定量表结构。结果:父母对大学生生涯发展期望量表由30个项目构成,包含4个维度。验证性因素分析表明,量表有良好的结构效度(χ2/df=2.61,NNFI=0.94,CFI=0.95,RMSEA=0.079);总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.93,各维度的α系数在0.85~0.90之间。结论:父母对大学生生涯发展期望量表具有良好的信度和效度,可用于进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective: To develop a Parental Career Expectations Scale for College Students in Chinese context.Methods: The 87 original items were developed based on the results of open-ended questionnaire for college students and experts’ evaluation.Item analysis,exploratory factor analysis(EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) were conducted to finalize the constructs of the scale.Results: The final Parental Career Expectations Scale for College Students consisted of 30 items,which were divided into four subscales.Confirmatory factor analysis yielded a good fit.Reliability coefficients for the 4 subscales ranged from 0.85 to 0.90,and for the total scale 0.93.Conclusion: The Parental Career Expectations Scale for College Students is found to have good psychometric properties and can thus be used for future studies.
