矩阵针法结合推拿理筋整复法治疗腰椎间盘突出症62例临床观察

目的：观察矩阵针法结合推拿理筋整复法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将105例患者随机分为2组。治疗组62例，采用矩阵针法结合推拿理筋整复法治疗；对照组43例，采用常规针刺治疗。2组均以7次为1疗程，共治疗2个疗程。结果：治疗组治愈22例，显效24例，好转13例，无效3例，总有效率为95．2％；对照组治愈10例，显效4例，好转21例，无效8例，总有效率为81．4％。2组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：矩阵针法结合推拿理筋整复法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。

Matrix Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Reduction Method of Massage and Tendon-regulation in the Treatment for 62 Cases of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of matrix acupuncture therapy and reduction method of mas-sage and tendon-regulation in treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Method： All 105 patients were randomized into two groups. 62 cases in treatment group were treated with matrix acupuncture therapy and reduction method of massage and tendon-regulation; 43 cases in control group received conventional acupuncture therapy. One session was seven times and both groups were treated for two consecutive sessions. Result： Among treatment group, 22 cases were cured, 24 cases remarkably effective, 13 cases effective and three cases ineffective, total effective rate was 95.2%; ten cases were cured in control group, four cases notably effective, 21 cases effective and eight cases ineffective, total ef- fective rate was 81.4%. Difference between both groups in total effective rate indicated significant meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Matrix acupuncture therapy and reduction method of massage and tendon-regulation are effective in treat-ing lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion notably.
