中药心复康治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床研究

目的观察心复康对缓慢性心律失常患者的治疗作用并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法 60例缓慢性心律失常患者分为中药心复康治疗组及心宝对照组、西药对照组,于治疗前后予普通心电图、24 h动态心电图检查及中医证候评分,并比较结果。结果心复康治疗组在提升心率,改善心律失常等总体疗效方面优于心宝对照组和西药对照组,在提升患者最快心率、最慢心率、平均心率方面明显优于两对照组,在改善具有心肾阳虚兼血瘀证患者中医证候方面亦优于两对照组。结论心复康对缓慢性心律失常有明显的疗效,其可能通过增加心肌收缩力,改善心肌血供与心功能,从而提高与改善窦房结功能及房室传导功能,使窦房结恢复正常起搏和传导动能。

The Clinical Research of Traditinnal Chinese Medicine Xinfukang on Treating the Patients with Bradycardic Arrhythmia

Objective: To observe the influence of Chinese medicine Xinfukang(XFK) on traditional Chinese medicine symptom、electrocardiography(ECG)in the patients with Bradycardiac arrhythimia(BA),and investigate the probably mechanism of action of XFK in treating the patients with BA.Methods: Sixty patients with BA were divided into three groups randomly:XFK treatment group、XINBAO control group and western medicine control group.All the BA patients were tested for ECG、ambulatory electrocardiograph(AECG)and score of traditional Chinese medicine symptom before and after being treated for four weeks.The results were statisticsed at last.Results: The total effects of XFK group was improved comparing with control groups.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom of deficiency of heart-YANG and kidney-YANG or syndrome of blood stasis was improved more obviously in XFK group than in western medicine control group.XFK can increase the fastest、the slowest and average heart rate of BA patients obviously than control groups.Conclusions: XFK has evident curative effect on BA patients,the probably mechanism of action is that,it can stimulate sinus node and improve the function of sinus node and atrioventricular conduction by adding myocardial contractility,improving blood supply of myocardium and heart function,in order to recover normal pacing of sinus node and conduction function.
