两种不同手法治疗儿童创伤后肘关节僵直的疗效对比

目的：观察平乐郭氏荣肌法治疗儿童创伤后肘关节僵直的康复疗效,为确定规范手法操作规程及临床推广提供临床依据。方法：选择创伤后肘关节僵直儿童患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,治疗组以平乐郭氏荣肌法治疗,对照组以传统手法治疗,均1次/d,15d为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程后采用肘关节屈伸活动度和美国特种外科医院（HSS）肘关节功能评分标准比较两组患者的康复疗效。结果：最后治疗组32例,对照组31例坚持治疗,两组患者肘关节屈伸活动度和HSS肘关节功能评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;康复疗效比较治疗组总有效率：90.63%,对照组总有效率：70.97%.结论：平乐郭氏荣肌法规范化操作规程治疗儿童创伤后肘关节僵直的康复疗效明显优于传统手法。

Clinical comparative study of different manipulation for treatment of post-traumatic elbow stiffness in children

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Pingle Guoshi Rongji Fa in the treatment of post-traumatic elbow stiffness in children and provide a theoretical reference for clinical application of standard manipulation rule.Methods:Children with the post-traumatic elbow stiffness were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=36)and control group(n=36).The treatment group was treated with Pingle Guoshi Rongji Fa and the control group were treated with manipulation.Once a day,for 4 course of 28 days.All the elbow joints were examined and evaluated with HSS standard after treatment.Result:63 patients went through with the entire treatment,32 patients in trial group,31 patients in control group.The result of statistical analysis demonstrated that there were significant difference of the clinical effects in two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the trial group was 90.6%,while the control group was 70.97%.Conclusion:The total effective rate of Pingle Guoshi Rongji Fa is obviously higher than the traditional manipulation.
