摘    要:目的:探讨活血定眩丸对椎动脉型颈椎病大鼠血液流变学及小脑Bcl-2、Bax表达的影响。方法:SPF级大鼠75只,随机分为空白组、模型组、低剂量组、高剂量组、对照组,除正常组外,其余均采用复合法制造椎动脉型颈椎病动物模型。用药14d后,观察血液流变学指标及小脑组织Bcl-2、Bax表达。结果:与空白组比较,模型组全血粘度增高(P〈0.05),Bax染色阳性细胞表达增加(P〈0.05),Bcl-2未见明显表达(P〉0.05);对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组比模型组全血粘度降低(P〈0.05)、Bax表达减少(P〈0.05),Bcl-2有少量阳性表达(P〉0.05)。结论:活血定眩丸能能有效改善椎动脉型颈椎病模型大鼠血液流变学指标,明显抑制Bax阳性细胞的表达,上调Bcl-2/Bax的比率,在一定程度上减缓椎动脉型颈椎病小脑细胞的凋亡。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of Huoxue Dingxuan Pill(HDP) on hemorrheology and expression of Bcl-1 and Bax in rats with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA).Methods:Seventy-five SPF rats were randomized into normal group,model group,low-dose HDP group,high-dose HDP group,and control group.Except the rats in normal group,all rats were made into CSA model by combined methods.After 14 days treatment,hemorrheologic index and expression of Bcl-1 and Bax were observed.Results:Compared with normal group,blood viscosity was increased in model group(P<0.05),Bax expression was higher(P<0.05),but there was little expression of Bcl-2(P>0.05).Compared with model group,blood viscosity was decreased in control group,low-dose and high-dose groups(P<0.05),with lowered Bax expression(P<0.05) and slight expression of Bcl-2(P>0.05).Conclusion:HDP can effectively improve hemorrheology in CSA rats,inhibit Bax expression,and up-regulate Bcl-2/Bax ratio,which in some degree alleviate cell necrosis of epencephal.
