乳房分期护理对母乳喂养的影响

目的：观察分期护理对母乳喂养率及泌乳量的影响。方法：将90例顺产初产妇随机分为2组。2组均给予常规护理,观察组同时给予孕期、产褥期、产后等分期护理。结果：从产后第2天开始到第4天,观察组泌乳量均大于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组乳头扁平、乳头皲裂、乳房胀痛等并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。纯母乳喂养率观察组为71．1％,对照组为26．7％,2组相比差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：分期护理有助于孕产妇增加泌乳量、减少乳房并发症,提高母乳哺养率。

Influence of Breast Care by Stages on Breast Feeding

Objective： To approach effect of nursing by stages on breast feeding rate and lactation amount. Method： Ninety patients were randomized into two groups. Both groups received conventional nursing, observation group were given with nursing by pregnancy, puerperium, puerperal state. Result： Observation group were more than control group in lactation amount from the second to the forth day after birth （P〈0.05）. Incidence of complications such as fiat nipples, cracked nipple and distending pain of breast in observation group were lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Breast feeding rate of observation group was 71.1%, higher than 26.7% of control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing by stages is helpful to increase lactation amount of pregnant and parturient, reduce complications of breast and raise breast feeding rate.
