| 摘 要： | 目的：观察桂苓通络方内服、保留灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效。方法：将60例符合病例选择标准的输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组采用桂苓通络方内服加保留灌肠治疗，对照组使用传统输卵管通液治疗。结果：治疗组治愈27例，占90．00％；好转2例，占6．67％；无效1例，占3．33％；总有效率96．67％。对照组治愈9例，占30．00％；好转8例，占26．67％；无效13例，占43．33％；总有效率56．67％。2组治愈率、总有效率相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：桂苓通络方治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of GuiLing TongLuoFang by oral administration and reten-tion enema on patients with infertility of tubal obstruction. Method： Sixty patients were randomly divided into therapy group and control group equally. Therapy group received GuiLing TongLuo recipe by oral administration and retention enema while control group were treated by hydrotubation. Result： Twenty-seven cases were cure in treatment group and reached 90.00%; two cases effective-and 6.67%; one case was ineffective and 3.33%; total effective rate was 96.67%. Nine cases were cured in control and occupied 30.00%; eight cases effective and 26.67%; 13 cases ineffective and 43.33%; total effective rate was 56.67%. Difference between both groups suggested significant meaning in cure rate and total effective rate （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： GulLing TongLuoFang in treating infertility of tubal obstruction can obtain definite effects. |
