乙肝病毒感染者血清前S1抗原检测及临床意义

目的 探讨前S1抗原与乙型肝炎病毒的存在关系。方法 采用ELISA检测420例乙型肝炎病毒感染者血清中的前S1抗原。结果 在148例HBeAg阳性标本中前S2抗原阳性的115例，阳性率77．7％；199例HBeAg阴性而Anti-HBe阳性的标本中前S1抗原阳性的101例，阳性率50．8％；80例HBeAg和Anti-HBe均阴性的血清中前S1抗原阳性的仅19例，阳性率23．8％。前S1抗原在血清学表达上与HBeAg的阳性符合率高达77．7％。结论 血清前S1抗原是HBV在体内复制的可靠标志，与乙型肝炎病毒的存在关系密切。

Clinical Significance and Determinations of PreS1 Antigen in Patients with Hepatitis B

Objectives:To discuss the relationship between PreS1 and hepatitis B virus.Methods The adoption ELISA determines the PreS1 with 420 cases of the patients of hepatitis B virus infected in serum.Results The 115 cases of PreS1 antigen positive were found in 148 HBeAg positive patients to be of positive rate was 77 7%,and 101 cases of ones in 199 cases HBeAg negative with Anti HBe positive.Its preS1 positive rate was 50 8%.Only 19 cases were found in serum of the patiens that HBeAg and Anti HBe both were negative.The PreS1 antigen match the rate with HBeAg on the serum learn to express high amount to 77 7%.Conclusions PreS1 is the relicable marker of hepatitis B virus.The relations between PreS1 and the existance of hepatitis B virus are rather close.
