| 摘 要： | 目的:了解金泽镇社区卫生服务中心医务人员健康状况,为健康管理提供参考。方法:健康体检;统计分析。结果 :体检异常率前三位的慢性非传染性疾病是血脂异常、脂肪肝、高血压;异常率总体男性高于女性,且有年轻化趋势。结论 :应开展科学化的职工健康管理。
