| 摘 要： | 采用LMT法对新疆石河子地区三个规模化奶牛场泌乳牛群进行了隐性乳房炎检测,共检测994头泌乳牛3976个乳区.结果表明:奶牛隐性乳房炎阳性率为81.9%,乳区阳性率为49.1%.数据分析表明,不同年龄、胎次以及有无卧床奶牛的隐性乳房炎阳性率差异显著(P<0.05),后乳区的隐性乳房炎感染率显著高于前乳区感染率(P<0.05),隐性乳房炎乳区发生数也明显影响当日产奶量(P<0.05).

| Abstract: | 994 lactating milk cows and 3976 mammary regions had been detected by LMT method to determine the incidence of subclinical mastitis in three dairys in Shehezi area in Xinjiang province.The results indicated that the positive rate of subclinical mastitis is 81.9%,the positive rate of mammary region is 49.1%.According to the statistics,we obtained the result that the incidence of subclinical mastitis had significant relationship(P<0.05)with the age,the times of birth and the rest bed.The retral mammary region... |
