重点病员管理在老年精神科临床护理管理中的应用效果分析

目的：探讨老年精神科病房实施重点病员管理举措的效果。方法：选择无锡市精神卫生中心老年精神科2010年1月后开展重点病员管理的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较2009、2010、2011年护理不良事件的发生率、基础护理质量、患者投诉情况及对护理服务的满意度情况。结果：在老年精神科临床护理管理中实施重点病员管理后,2009、2010和2011年发生护理不良事件分别为9例、5例和2例,基础护理质量分别是92%、95%、98.5%,患者投诉分别是5例、1例和0例,患者满意度为93%、96%和98%。结论：实施重点病员管理可减少不良事件的发生,保障护理安全,提高基础护理质量,提高了医生和家属对护理工作的满意度。

Application effect analysis of intensive care patient management in clinical nursing management for psychiatric department of geriatrics

Objective： To evaluate effects of intensive care patient management on psychiatric department of geriatrics.Methods： Clinical data of the intensive care patient management for the psychiatric department of geriatrics from Jan.2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Further,incidences of nursing adverse events,qualities of basic nursing,patient complaints and nursing service satisfactions in 2009,2010,and 2011 were compared.Results： After the implementation of the intensive care patient management,in 2009,2010,and 2011,there were 9,5,and 2 cases with the adverse events,and the qualified rates of the basic nursing quality were 92%,95% and 98.5%,respectively;moreover,there were 5,1 and 0 cases having complaints,and the patient satisfactions were 93%,96%,98%.Conclusions： The implementation of the intensive care patient management can reduce the adverse events,ensure the nursing safety,enhance the basic nursing quality,and improve the satisfactions of the doctor and family members on the nursing work.
