交互式阅读疗法对抑郁症患者的治疗效果与应对方式的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨交互式阅读疗法结合药物治疗对抑郁症患者的治疗效果及应对方式的影响。方法:将60例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组(各30例),两组均接受常规药物治疗和每周1次集体健康教育;研究组每周进行5次交互式阅读疗法予以干预,每次40~60min,于干预前和干预4周后用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)分别进行效果评定。结果:两组患者干预后HAMD评分较干预前均明显降低(P〈0.05),但研究组较对照组降低更明显(P〈0.05);TCSQ评分比较,研究组干预后积极应对方式评分明显增高(P〈0.001),高于对照组(P〈0.001),消极应对方式评分明显降低(P〈0.001),低于对照组(P〈0.01),差异有显著性。结论:交互式阅读疗法结合药物治疗能显著提高抑郁症患者的治疗效果,明显改善其应对方式。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate influences of interactive reading therapy combined with drug treatment on therapeutic effects and coping style for patients with depression.Methods: 60 patients with depression were randomly divided into study group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases),and all the patients received conventional drug treatment and collective health education for 1 time / week;moreover,those in study group were intervened by interactive reading therapy for 40-60min / time and 5 times / week.Before and 4 weeks after the intervention,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ) were used to assess the effects,respectively.Results: After the intervention,HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P 0.05),but study group decreased more significantly than control group(P 0.05).For TCSQ score,the positive coping style score of study group increased significantly(P 0.001),and was higher than that of the control group(P 0.001);however,the negative coping style score significantly decreased(P 0.001),and was lower than that of the control group(P 0.01),and there was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions: The interactive reading therapy combined with drug treatment can significantly improve the depressive symptoms and obviously improve the coping style.
