心理干预对精神分裂症后抑郁患者康复的效果分析

目的：探讨心理干预对精神分裂症后抑郁患者康复的有效性。方法：将我院符合CCMD-3诊断标准的精神分裂症后抑郁患者80例随机分为研究组和对照组,均接受系统药物治疗,干预组在此基础上进行心理干预,对照组仅限于一般健康教育。采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）和汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）在心理干预前及心理干预后第4、8、12周末对两组患者进行测评。结果：在实行干预后第4周末,两组间HAMD-17及HAMA评分未见明显差异（P〉0.05）;在实行干预后第8、12周末,两组间HAMD-17及HAMA评分有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：对精神分裂症后抑郁患者实施适宜的心理干预,能增强患者对疾病的认识,改善焦虑及抑郁情绪,对患者的康复具有积极意义。

Effect analysis of psychological intervention on rehabilitation of patients with post - schizophrenic depression

Objective： To examine effectiveness of psychological intervention on rehabilitation of patients with post-schizophrenic depression.Methods： 80 patients with post-schizophrenic depression meeting CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.All the cases accepted the conventional drug treatment,those in intervention group took the psychological intervention additionally,whereas those in control group only received the general health education.The two groups were assessed with Hamilton depression scale-17（HAMD-17） and Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） before and 4,8,and 12 weeks after the intervention.Results： 4 weeks after the intervention,the scores of HAMD-17 and HAMA between the two groups had no significant difference（P 0.05）;however,the differences were significant 8 and 12 weeks after the intervention（P 0.05）.Conclusions： The psychological intervention for post-schizophrenic depression can improve the patients cognition to the disease,anxiety and depressive mood.
