后路经皮椎弓根螺钉经伤椎固定治疗胸腰椎骨折疗效分析

目的：观察分析后路经皮椎弓根螺钉经伤椎固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法：本文选择我院2010年3月到2012年8月期间收治的90例胸腰椎骨折为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,治疗组45例患者采用后路经皮椎弓根螺钉经伤椎固定治疗,对照组45例患者采用经椎弓根内固定治疗,对比分析两组患者的疗效。结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,比较差异具有统计学意义。结论：临床采用后路经皮椎弓根螺钉经伤椎固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折疗效确切,极大程度改善患者的病情,值得临床推广和应用。

Efficacy analysis of posterior percutaneous pedicle screw fixation of injured vertebra in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures

Objective： To observe efficacy of posterior percutaneous pedicle screw fixation of injured vertebra in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods： 90 cases with thoracolumbar fractures from March 2010 to August 2012 were selected and treated for the study,and they were randomly divided into treatment group（45 patients） and control group（45 patients）.The patients in treatment group were treated with posterior percutaneous pedicle screw fixation of the fractured vertebral,whereas those in control group were treated with pedicle screw fixation.The efficacies of the two groups were comparatively analyzed.Results： The efficacy of treatment group was significantly better than those of control group（P 0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions： The clinical use of posterior percutaneous pedicle screw fixation of fractured vertebral in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures has a definite efficacy,greatly improves the conditions of the patients,and is worth widely using in the clinical field.
