阿立哌唑联合心理治疗对儿童少年抽动障碍疗效的对照研究

目的：探讨阿立哌唑联合心理治疗对儿童少年抽动障碍的临床疗效。方法：将80例儿童少年抽动障碍患者随机分为两组,分别应用心理治疗联合阿立哌唑治疗儿童少年抽动障碍,并与单独应用阿立哌唑治疗的患者进行临床疗效的比较,疗程8周,采用耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表（YGTSS）[1]评定疗效。结果：治疗8周后两组患者YGTSS总分较前均明显下降,较治疗前均有显著性差异（t分别为22.4和23.9,P〈0.05）;两组间比较亦存在显著性差异（t=12.56,P〈0.05）。结论：两种方法均可有效改善患者抽动障碍的症状,但联合组的改善更为明显,且脱落例数少。

Comparative study on efficacy of aripiprazole combined with psychotherapy in treatment of tic disorder for children and adolescents

Objective： To evaluate efficacy of aripirazole combined with psychotherapy in treatment of tic disorder for children and adolescents.Methods： 80 children and adolescents with tic disorder were divided into aripirazole combined with psychotherapy group and aripirazole group.All cases were treated for 8 weeks,and then the effects evaluated by Yale Global Tie Severity b Scale（YGTSS） and compared.Results： 8 weeks after the treatment,the YGTSS scores of the two groups decreased obviously,and there were significant differences for the two groups before and after the treatment（t = 22.4,23.9,P 0.05）.Moreover,the significant difference was also observed between the two groups（t = 12.56,P 0.05）.Conclusions： The two methods both could improve the tic disorder symptoms effectively,however,the efficacy of combined group is more obvious and there are less cases that have fallen off.
