心理护理对酒依赖治疗临床疗效影响

目的：了解心理护理对酒依赖患者临床疗效的影响。方法：将90例患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各45例。研究组口服地西泮的同时给予心理护理。对照组单纯使用地西泮治疗。在治疗第1、2、3、4周使用戒断症状量表评分,治疗前、治疗1、2、3个月用酒精依赖程度问卷评分。结果：戒断症状量表显示治疗2、3、4周时,研究组戒断症状低于对照组;酒精依赖程度量表显示治疗2、3个月时研究组对酒精依赖程度低于对照组。结论：心理护理有助于减轻患者戒断症状和酒精依赖程度。

Influence of psychological nursing on curative effects for patients with alcohol dependence

Objective： To investigate influence of psychological nursing on curative effects for patients with alcohol dependence.Methods： 90 patients with alcohol dependence were randomly divided into experiment group（45 cases,who accepted psychological nursing on the basis of diazepam） and control group（45 cases,who orally took diazepam alone）.Clinical efficacy was evaluated with withdrawal symptom scale at the end of the 1st,2nd,3th,and 4th week of the treatment and score of alcohol dependence level questionnaires before and 1,2,and 3 months after the treatment.Results： 2,3,and 4 weeks after the treatment,the scores of withdrawal symptom scale in experiment group were lower than those in control group.2 and 3 months after the treatment,the scores of alcohol dependence level in experiment group was lower than those in control group.Conclusions： Psychological nursing may reduce the withdrawal syndrome and alcohol dependence level for the patients with alcohol dependence.
