补肾护肝方治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效研究

目的：观察补肾护肝方对慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化患者治疗效果。方法：慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化患者80例,随机分为两组：对照组40例,采用降酶胶囊对症治疗,疗程3个月;补肾护肝方组（观察组）40例,采用补肾护肝方对症治疗,疗程3个月。观察治疗前后3个月患者肝功能指标、病毒免疫标记物、T细胞及其亚群细胞、肝纤维化指标水平的变化。结果：治疗3个月后,补肾护肝方组临床症状、肝功能指标、T细胞及其亚群细胞及肝纤维化指标均有明显改善（P〈0.05）,对照组肝功能指标改善明显（P〈0.05）,但其临床症状、T细胞及其亚群细胞及肝纤维化指标改善不明显。结论：补肾护肝方能显著改善慢性乙型肝炎后肝硬化肝功能指标、病毒免疫标记物、T细胞及其亚群细胞、肝纤维化指标的水平。

Study on clinical effects of Bushenhugan soup for patients with chronic hepatitis B hepatocirrhosis

Objective： To observe effects of Bushenhugan soup on liver function indices,virus immune markers,T lymphocyte and its subsets,and liver fibrosis indices for patients with chronic hepatitis B hepatocirrhosis.Methods： 80 cases with chronic hepatitis B hepatocirrhosis were randomly divided into control group（40 cases） and Bushenhugan soup group（40 cases）.The cases in control group were treated by Jiangmei capsules for 3 months,whereas those in Bushenhugan soup group were given Bushenhugan soup for 3 months.Changes of the liver function indices,virus immune markers,T lymphocyte and its subsets,and liver fibrosis indices were observed before and after the treatment.Results： After the treatment,the clinical symptoms,liver function indices,virus immune markers,T lymphocyte and its subsets,and liver fibrosis indices in Bushenhugan soup group were significantly improved（P 0.05）;for control group,only the liver function indices were significantly improved（P 0.05）,however,there were no significant changes for other indices.Conclusions： Bushenhugan Soup can markedly improve the liver function indices,virus immune markers,T lymphocyte and its subsets,and liver fibrosis indices.
